The Fresh Start Recovery Center focuses on helping mothers recover from opioid and other drug addictions and have healthy children. Fresh Start Recovery Center serves pregnant women and mothers struggling with addiction.
This program uniquely allows mothers and children to remain together during treatment. We are located at 2800 Westchester, Ellicott City, MD 21043 and accept referrals from anywhere in Maryland. Orpe Human Rights Advocates is expecting to multiply this model in other cities.
Our residential treatment provides 24/7 support to clients. During your stay, you will receive services tailored to your needs and goals.

This program meets the American Society of Addiction Medicine level 3.5 criteria and is expected to be accredited by Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
